1. Who we are

Project Lab ("we", "us") provides the Project Lab service: a platform where professionals store, share, sell and AI-adapt their work artifacts. By using the service you enter into an agreement with Project Lab.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use Project Lab for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; individuals must be of legal age.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No uploading content that infringes others' intellectual property or confidentiality - including your employer's confidential material.
• No interfering with security: malware, probing, scraping or circumventing limits.
• No using AI features to generate illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or to attempt to bypass safeguards.

5. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the output generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying AI output, and for having rights to the material you submit. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional legal, financial or regulatory advice. Rights holders can report infringing content to us; we may remove content, restrict outputs and suspend repeat infringers.

6. Our intellectual property

Project Lab retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. No reverse engineering or resale.

7. Plans, payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelled plans stay active until the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge or credit.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep Project Lab available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Monthly AI usage limits apply per plan.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends you may request an export of your content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", we exclude indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
