We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Project Lab purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through the site and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Profile → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
